West Geauga football team looks to bounce back after loss to Chardon

The West Geauga football team had a rough first game as the Wolverines fell behind early and never recovered in a 41-12 loss to Chardon on Friday in Chardon. The Hilltoppers got out to a 21-0 lead before the Wolverines got on the scoreboard on a 45-yard touchdown run by quarterback Connor Krouse, who was making his first varsity start. The extra point kick failed.
