Music lovers were treated to a night of diverse and mostly original material by students doing BTEC music at Strode College, Street.
The Pilton Working Men's Club hosted the evening of unplugged performances.
The event was even attended by Glastonbury Festival organiser Michael Eavis.
Jorden Lindsay, of Yeovil, performed a solo set of original pieces with vocals and acoustic guitar.
Jorden also fronted the act JackFlash on the night, who did an acoustic set.
She said: "It was great to get the opportunity to play my own songs and to know that a legend like Michael Eavis was listening.
"There's a great atmosphere at the club and it was great to be able to play there."
Students at Strode College organised and promoted the gig themselves as part of a music course project.
Sid Taylor, who lives in Pilton, finished the night off as part of his jazz combo Taylor Made.
He said: "The course at Strode gives us a real feeling of what it's like to begin working in the music industry.
"For this project we have to decide where to play, develop and promote our acts, book the venues and do all the health and safety and stuff."
To complete the project, the students will be playing several more concerts around the area.
Others acts included Reinstate Sarah, Zach Urch, Hollie Trevis and Ollie Proud, Chelsea Paget and Chris Cox with Jake Stone and Jake Rayment.
