To make your day

Innovation is high on the list of requirements for an event planner. The person you trust to transform your dream day into reality will need not just great ideas, but the ability to "make things happen". Pink Truffle strives to offer just that, whether you want a small, intimate simchah, or an extravagant, luxurious wedding.

Lauren Hilton founded Pink Truffle after a decade working in catering and events. She puts the emphasis on interpreting a client's needs and giving a new dimension to the day.

Pink Truffle can source an exciting line-up of products, entertainment ideas and venues for you - the company maintains special relationships with florists, photographers, bands and suppliers.

Pink Truffle's event-management and consultancy team can also provide an extensive concierge service.

From the initial complimentary consultation onwards, a Pink Truffle organiser will be by your side, working closely with you to find the right personnel and products for your wedding.

Among recent events organised by Pink Truffle was an intimate evening at Claridge's in Mayfair.

The venue was chosen for its elegance and the company organised a fine dining menu, complete with Veuve Cliquot champagne.

Pink Truffle has also helped arrange a wedding at the prestigious Plaisterers' Hall, in the City of London.

An enjoyable challenge was provided by a confectionery company. Pink Truffle was involved in organising a week of meetings, events and private evenings for global managers, which were held at Brown's, a London boutique hotel.

Treats that had to be arranged included welcome gifts such as champagne truffles and even frontrow theatre tickets in the West End, with dinner in a private room at the Nobu restaurant.

Lauren and her team work methodically to ensure that "all uncertainty is removed from the simchah".

Meetings with suppliers are set up, where the hosts are able to discuss their requirements in great detail.

Later this year, Pink Truffle's projects include a wedding in a five-star London hotel, a 40th birthday party in a marquee at a private residence, as well as a 50th birthday party and a barmitzvah.

Every aspect of a celebration can be covered by the Pink Truffle service, from bridal wear and hair and make-up through to car hire, jewellery and honeymoon destinations.
