Glastonbury Festival boss Michael Eavis will perform the official opening of Burnham-on-Sea's new tourist information centre tomorrow at 12noon.
Mr Eavis, who is a strong supporter of Somerset tourism, will lead the ceremony outside the facilities on the town's seafront.
It comes after Sedgemoor District Council this month handed over management of the facilities to the newly-formed community group BIARS (Burnham Information And Rescue Support) after saying it could no longer afford to run them.
