With almost all local authorities in Wales having declared their results, and all bar Monmouthshire so far saying yes, the referendum has delivered a resounding thumbs up for more powers for the Assembly.

In Neath Port Talbot 29,957 voted yes, while 11,079 voted no. Turnout was 38 per cent.

First Minister Carwyn Jones joined celebrations in The Senedd this afternoon.
He said: "This has been a Yes vote across the whole of Wales."
Llanelli AM Helen Mary Jones, who campaigned for a yes vote, said: "If you had told me a week ago we could get in Denbighshire a yes vote, I would have told you you're crazy."
The turnout was better than the Yes camp had been expecting, but not enough to silence the No camp.
No campaigner Sir Eric Howells said: "I feel anything under 50 per cent should be null and void."
