The debate will be opened by South Wales Evening Post editor Spencer Feeney and chaired by Swansea Bay Business Life editor Wyn Jenkins.
A spokeswoman for the event said: "This is about giving businesses the opportunity to ask questions about what the 'Yes' vote will mean to them."
On Thursday, March 3, voters across Wales will have the opportunity to decide whether the National Assembly for Wales should have the right to pass laws on all subjects in the devolved areas without needing the agreement of the UK parliament first.
A second vote will then take place on Thursday, May 5, to elect National Assembly Members.
