T.J. McFarland was hammered for eight runs in 2.1 innings as Columbus absorbed the home loss to Indianapolis. The Indians put together 18 hits, with three each from Jeff Clement, Brandon Boggs and Anderson Hernandez.

Jared Goedert hit his eighth homer for the Clippers.

Baysox 7, Aeros 1: The Baltimore Orioles' Nick Markakis, playing with the Baysox on a rehab assignment, hit two home runs to lead host Bowie (Md.) over Akron.
